Does this mean that Jeff went to Russia between panels 5 and 6?

When it is near to be a new moon one may often see it faintly during the daytime.

The moon is frequently out during the day- sometimes in the morning, sometimes in late afternoon. It always surprises me that many people don’t notice this. We do all live under the same sky, don’t we? I guess some people just assume that the moon is the ‘opposite’ of the sun, and that puts blinders on them.

The Moon being the second brightest object in the sky it is often seen in the daytime, but the closer to the sun it come it’s light gets washed out by the sun light..\\//_

This is like trying to explain climate change to Sen. James “Moron” Inhofe.

Yup, I looked at a New Moon during daylight. It’s lighted by Earthglow. Like watching an eclipse, you gotta be very careful.
