Driving in Asia is chaotic, especially in countries where there are more cyclists and small motorcycles on the roads. I’ve seen mototcycle taxis turn left (they drive on the left hand side) at red lights, cross the road and turn left again with the green light traffic just to carry on ahead..I say that I’ve seen…. but I’ve also been on bike taxis that have done that. I wish there were bike taxis here!

I don’t know about the Vietnamese language, but in Thai all the words in a sentence don’t get separated by any form of punctuation or spaces..You think British English is weird?

Have you a UV filter for sunny water shots? Usually you have to buy a new one or a converter for different cameras..Never think that your photography is bad. It isn’t. I’ve been taking 35mm and digital photos since I was 20 (as you probably know) and nobody ever knows everything about it.

On second thoughts, as the water was muddy, a UV filter wouldn’t have been much use.
