Tell that to my back, knees, and carpal tunnel.
My nan used to say “Hard work kills horses and breaks machines” which is true in both cases. Very wise woman was my nan.
The living body is the only machine which breaks down faster when it’s not used regularly.

About 30 years ago I heard an economist state that the 2 biggest products our country put out were paper and talk. The digital revolution has taken care of the paper. So, talk is the only thing left.
Maybe so but we try to avoid it just in case!
