They only look like the party of no because legislation they propose is totally ignored by the Democrat majority. For example, during the healthcare debate, over sixty bills put forth by the GOP weren’t even given the time of day, yet Democrats still had the audacity to say “Where is your healthcare bills?”
They are in the garbage can in your office, Mr. Democrat…precisely where you and your buddies put them.
Nice point, though….this is the pot calling the kettle black yet again. When W was in, the Democrats did the exact same thing…held up nominees from the District Courts all the way up to the Supreme Court.
The Dems used the filibuster about 1/4 as much as the R’s have. The Dems foolishly gave a pass to Bush’s two “movement conservative” SCOTUS appointees. But you are only allowed to be right wing or moderate for the court these days, never liberal. Too bad, the court most devoted to individual rights in the history of the US was the liberal Warren court.

I guess it is only right when THEY do it.

What’s sauce for the goose is sauce for the gander.
The Dems should start passing legislation at 3 in the morning.

Those were the days. Glad I’m in Canada now.
