Just for the sake of clarification please: In your world anybody who disagrees with you is a “liar”? Do you win many debates with that approach to alienate and totally turn people off to your point of view? I would think civility would serve you better. But, name calling???? It just seems a little childish and that you are arguing from a very weak position.
Unfortunately, in our litigious society, anyone can sue for virtually anything. If someone can find a shyster lawer willing to take the case, you can be sued because your wife wears pink polish on her toes. It would seem difficult to win a case based on your dislike of truck noise on public roads and the construction of water tower if it was properly permitted. But, the beauty is that if you have the money… file the suit and let the court decide if there are any actual monetary damages.

It is dirty, devastating, injurious and in its current form, “Modern Fracking” just plain wrong and bad…..”.But since we will continue to need petroleum products, and since FRACKING is so harmful to the environment, this sounds like a good argument for the Keystone XL pipeline.
