..and some days, it’s just a little worthless nub, but you can’t go buy a new one! Darn it!

We all get that experience alright.

I get especially annoyed when I can’t finish a thought-sentence because I forgot what started it.

I think it is cause by walking to fast and it falls out of your mind and just needs to catch up.

Smithsonian magazine did an article back in 2011 on this. Has to do with the change in surroundings.

What’s worse is………now what was it I was going to say ?

That’s not a plugger trait, that situation happens to “everyone” at some point in their lives. Heck, I’m not a plugger and I’ve had that happen a few times.

No, it’s not even that, it’s.. Oh, look… a squirrel on my mailbox!. where’s my camera? Who left this tax bill on theOh wait, no stamps.. must write that on the shopping list..The pencil is on the kitchen table and the list is next to the computer and I SHOULD Google ‘Threshold Phenomenon’ but the computer is ‘updating’ and something just went ‘ding’ in the kitchen.

At times, my pencil has a broken point.

Oh to own a “mechanical” pencil . . . refillable!

I’m afraid “Oh for goodness sakes” is not what I say when this happens to me!.Actually, I don’t remember what I say…

I don’t have that problem. I have a photographic memory. I just can’t remember to put film in the camera. And when I do, I remember I never learned to develop said film.

But all in all , it just doesn’t matter. Someone superglued the lens cap to the lens.

I’m not suffering from senility, I’m enjoying every minute of it. You get to meet new (old) friends all the time.

If you forget what you came into a room for just step back out and it resets your brain, when you go back in you know what you’re there for. It works for me all the time!!!
