    Morning, Village!

Went to the hardware store yesterday to buy new mulching blades for my riding lawn mower. Soon as it warms up, I intend to mulch up the leaves in the yard. I don’t believe in raking, whether my neighbors like it or not. The leaves are nature’s way of replenishing the earth. Mulching them is a way to help turn them into fertilizer.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Still raining here. It hasn’t rained very hard, but that’s good. It gives the ground a chance to soak it up. No swap meet today, we’re postponing until next week. I heard a news flash yesterday that it had rained a whole tenth of an inch, and here’s what we should do to be careful out there. I hadn’t laughed so hard for a while.

Everybody ready for the big game tomorrow? We’ve stocked up on snacks and beverages, but considering that I am trying to lose weight, we probably won’t eat half of it. Looking forward to this year’s crop of commercials.

    Hi Ho, Vagabonds,

Just got back from grocery shopping. Going to try the new Cheddar/Jalepeno/Kielbasa we bought last week for our dinner. And, an old Polish cabbage/noodle/potato/bacon dish on the side.

    Go Seahawks!!!

Good morning, vagabonds. Friday night I used my rolator to walk to synagogue services. A friend there took me home, but it would have been easier for him to drive me without the rolator.

Yesterday I did nothing; I hope I don’t regain the 6 pounds I lost in Merida.

At Bingo last night, I decided to sit one game out but followed it anyway. It turned out, had I played I not only would have won the “four corners” but also the Bingo. Oh, well, it’s only a game.

Good morning Vagabonds. Is everyone ready for the Patriots to beat the Seahawks?Monday looks like another snow storm with 9 – 12" in my area. They say it will be light and fluffy because it is so cold but I’ll wait and see.I don’t think you will get any of this Mark as it is coastal.

    Morning, Village!

I just saw “Noah” with Russell Crowe. It wasn’t the dumbest show I’ve ever seen, but it ranks right up there.

Snowed a little all day yesterday, and woke up to about 1/4 inch this morning. That’s it until maybe Thursday or so.

So………….is this going to be the “Battle of the Coasts”?

    Go Seahawks!

    Good afternoon, Vagabonds.

No partisanship here, I just want to see a good football game. My son is a huge Pats fan, though. I hope he gets somewhere he can see it – he’s living a bit outside of broadcast range in CA (up in the hills in a canyon) and he’s not in good shape to be travelling too much to go watch it.

Beautiful day here in the desert. Phoenix is supposed to be pretty good, too. I didn’t even have to wear a sweater to church this morning.

Thank you all for your prayers for Mike. He’s recovering nicely but is still pretty sore.
