Good morning, vagabonds. Yesterday, my sister emailed me suggesting I postpone my departure from the Yucatan as South Florida is cold. As I’m anxious to return home after a nice time here, I decided NOT to make an expensive airline change as Yucatan is also getting the tail end of what you in the North East are feeling (minus 2 degrees! Wow!).

On a different note: My session with the English Library last night was a really nice, interesting exchange. Two of the participants will share a copy of my self-published book, “The Promise of Bisibi.”

Howdy Vagabonds..No snow, Yet, there is however a wind blowing out there..The morning news was showing how NYC uses wireless internet to keep up with their snow plows, and they share it on line with citizens..I’ll sit tight and watch the storm roll in. ya’ll have a blessed day..ttfn

    Good Morning, Vagabonds,

So good to hear from Mark and Arthur! Must mean you didn’t loose your power, and the snow didn’t hit as hard as was promised. I know it’s not over yet………………..McPheeter……..you haven’t checked in……are you okay?

Same old, same old up here. :))

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Same old, same old around here, too. My prayers are with you Northeasterners.

Not much on the agenda today besides the regular Tuesday luncheon. We are celebrating the 90th birthday of one of our ladies.

Hello again:Just a quick update. Still snowing but not as hard as I thought it would be. Still very windy with snow blowing every way. Snow is very light so there is a lot of drifting. Hard to tell how much we got as it varies so from 6" to 2 ft. Good day to do nothing. Will not go plow out until it ends. No sense shoveling out only to have the wind fill it back in. I have no place in particular to go so who cares when I do it.You all have a good day and take it easy. That comes from growing old. About the only advantage.

Good afternoon Vagabonds..The snow been falling since the late morning, I noticed it right about noon.Had a look at the radar loop a little while ago, there was what looked like a clear line down the middle of the the state right along the Green Mountains..I think I’ll live, I’ve made it through the last 61 winters. ;-).ttfn
