“cut $600 million…” A good start. The EPA is penalizing people and cities because rain runs off hard surfaces. The EPA fines a family $35,000 a day because they want to build a single family home in an established subdivision. Theirs is the only lot to be declared a wetland. The EPA is berserk.

That was the Cuyahoga River in Cleveland which, if I recall, burned more than once. Now that is a real success story.
