I never tried the interrogation method when I was a kid, initially I resorted to a search and find method, and later had to add lock-picking to my list of skills when my parents resorted to locking and chaining them in an old tea chest.
Searching a castle might keep Millie busy all day….Keep her out of trouble? Not necessarily.
