What kind of kid doesn’t love potatoes au gratin? (Barring an allergy, and if he had an allergy, Grandma wouldn’t try to serve him cheese.) There’s something wrong with this kid!

My husband loves Au Gratin potatoes, and our kids call it “Ugh Rotten” too. Haven’t figured out why they don’t like it (especially one who loves a different cheesy potato casserole), but they don’t. And, yes. We made them try it when they were younger.

As a child, could never understood why my parents didn’t find that joke amusing (I called them o-rotten).
