LOL, their intimidation act didn’t work out alright with the apeman.

WT Eff just happened? Tarzan’s interest will be piqued and head out looking for these talking apes, he could care less about the fist- sized diamond.

Wait a minute. The men are lying in a cursing tangle but when the lights go out, they manage to find the door and Tarzan doesn’t see them leave? Even with the light from the hallway shining in? I will say that Tarzan is showing his youth here. In those later strips we were reading, it often said he moved with the reflexes of a cat. Here, he moves like lightening. Definitely faster than a cat.

The narration sounds directly out of one of ERB’s novels.

What’s a knife sut? This is why you don’t see the word “flick” in the comics.

It’s about time Tarzan showed some of his skills and wreaked havoc on those thugs. You know this isn’t over of course, they will return with reinforcements—-perhaps BloJo and Slam plucked from the raging river? Well at least there’s some action here…….:)> BustEmUpGoodTarzanAGowa!!

Knife SLIT. If you you extremely close or magnify, what looks like a U, is actually an l t. Very hard to see the hairline space between the two letters. I thought it was sut at first also.
