Good morning, Vagabonds. I don’t wanna rub it in, but yesterday was a beautiful day in Miami that I enjoyed in spite of my cold (which is almost over). Already, a friend in New York has air tickets to visit me next week.

I’m glad for you Arye, because it rained here all day yesterday.

    Good morning, Vagabonds.

Arye, it was a beautiful day here, too. Not too warm, but the sun was out and just a few scattered clouds. Right now it looks overcast, but I don’t know the forecast.

Thursday night when we went to the chocolate factory, I bought a small box of chocolates for the husband of the young woman that came with us. While checking out, the cashier told me “Your little thing didn’t go through but I will give it to you anyway.” I wasn’t too sure what she meant until I looked at the receipt later and saw she hadn’t charged me for the box. It was very busy because of the light display and I guess she was too harried to go back and redo it. It wasn’t a whole lot of money, but it wasn’t right. I went back yesterday and paid for it. The cashier I spoke to yesterday was very interested in the fact that the first cashier had known that I wasn’t being charged but gave me the chocolate anyway. I didn’t identify the first cashier, but I suspect that there will be a lecture to all cashiers soon.

Countdown: Only 3 more days until Mike arrives for the holidays.

    Everyone have a great Saturday!

    Good Morning, Vagabonds,

Got up to 40 yesterday……………warm enough to do a bunch of outdoor chores. :)) Snow is supposed to hit us tomorrow.
