At the Fox News Haunted House, Benghazi is crawling out of its grave, Obamacare is a zombie, Ebola is a giant spider, and immigrants rake the lawn. Girl: It's like this all year.
So Eric “File” Holder resigned because of a ‘fake’ scandal? Liberals remind me of “silent majority” folks defending Dick Nixon down to the last trench circa 1974. We shall see what we shall see.
Maybe “Fear News” would be the best name. “The world is your enemy. Fear everyone and everything outside the U.S., and fear at least half your fellow Americans.” Kind of sums up their message. Not that other news outlets haven’t some of the same tendencies in other directions. “If it bleeds it leads, if it thinks it stinks” is an very old press maxim.
Right Wingers are always asking, “If FOX News is so bad, why does it consistently get higher ratings than any cable news network?”[]The answer is very simple; fiction ALWAYS outsells non-fiction
Facts? Like the fact that one, count him, one person in the US has died of ebola and yet Faux continues to whip up mindless hysteria? Or the fact that there have been over a dozen hearings into Benghazi that have turned up no cover-up, and yet after two years we’re still spending millions investigating this non-conspiracy?
Nice to hear that there are some things that don’t change, even if they should.I’ve been off the cable since they killed the analogue signal and am trying to coax the local stations’ digital signals to notice my antenna. Getting anything farther away than 15 miles is impossible. That digital conversion law should be re-titled Cable Company Welfare Act IMHO.
OK, to go with the cartoon, hows about “Fox Ghouls”? The dastardly Fox Entertainment Group has certainly been entertaining us for nearly twenty years by fomenting a zombie apocalypse that sucks out the brains of their viewers and fills their heads with fear. (That includes my aged mother!) Totally unFair, unBalanced and unDead.

News is obsolete, it is all entertainment these days. If it can’t be a 30 second news byte you won’t see it.

Well, there you go again, mentioning something from the past that’s not the thing the GOP wants to dwell on from the past!
