Still enjoying the morning workouts? Oof. I'm sore and sweaty. The car smells like a locker room. I've got extra laundry now, and I'm out of shampoo, so I went to the grocery looking like this. I wish we could do the workouts together.
Mrs. Bucket is my hero!! I used to take cardio kickboxing classes a few times a week. The class before mine was a step class and there was an older woman in that class every single day. I started that class 14 years ago. I still see that woman in her workout clothes in the supermarket. That gym closed years ago. I guess she was motivated enough to find another one nearby.
You go Sarah! But leave Larry at home until you have been at it at least a month. You will be more fit, he will have forgotten how tired you were and when he joins in – you can be the “oh that? Its easy – here let me show you…” snicker. My first class on Saturdays – my ponytail is dripping within 15 minutes. And I still have 2 hrs 45 mins left!

When you do things together as a couple- your spouse gets to see how difficult things are for you, and will have more pity on you. Right? …right?

@Greg CravensNot if the spouse is in better condition then all you get is derision. i.e.’You’re having problems with this, oh please.’

Agreed Sarah.

I admire Sarah. She went for a second time despite being exhausted after doing the warm up.
Most people would just say “Never again”
