Good morning, Vagabonds. yesterday I brought my 20+ VHSto the supermarket where I often shop, 2 busrides away and met my friend who lives 10 blocks from there. I had brought them in a shopping cart because I found them heavy and advised my friend to borrow my shopping cart as he had recently had a stent put in. To my surprise, my friend found that the bag of tapes were not heavy and carried them home sans cart. After shopping I took the cart home on the 2 busses but the 2nd bus, for some reason, had to change routes and I had to walk home 5 or 6 extra blocks and arrived home worn out.
Guten Morgen, Vagabonds. Instead of going to Galveston,we decided the baby needed some rest, so we went for a short hike in the woods, at the Big Thicket Park. Then my German friend and I played golf. We intend to play again today.

Going to my cancer support group Halloween party today. They always serve a nice lunch, and just about all the group shows up, so it’s fun to see folks I haven’t seen in a while.

PS: My friend loaned me his VHS tape of “Conquer Worm,” a movie I had always wanted to watch. I successfully copied it to DVD.
