The Old Farmers Almanac predicts no better than chance.http://www.slate.com/blogs/future_tense/2014/09/09/farmer_s_almanac_old_farmers_almanac_have_terrible_meteorological_track.html
I love how the deniers always refer to their own local conditions when saying there’s no evidence. No killer storm this year?Tornados ruined property and killed many this year. The Philippines had a killer storm, and Hawaii, who never gets any had 2 hurricanes. Several Typhoons hit Japan. Look it up. Just because it’s nice out in your neighborhood today doesn’t mean it’s OK everywhere. That’s the point of the cartoon.
We’ve been in drought, and haven’t had a “normal” snow year, in eight years. I’m getting concerned about my well, as well as the much broader concern about what’s happening to our wildlife and botanical environment around here. Hottest August on record in our area, not a good thing.
Wow, really? ONE year disproves everything? Jeez. The Old Farmers’ Almanac has been looked at over MANY years. It is no more accurate than chance.Even a stopped clock is right once a day, you know.

For Republicans/Fox “news” viewers, NO day is difficult to complain about climate change.-Or, of course, to express hatred of Obama.

It’s one of those “I hope the grandchildren remember days like this so they can tell THEIR grandchildren about them” days.
