People want to dump the ACA and then along comes Ebola and the resurgence of other communicable diseases. FOX News serves a constituency and also a purpose. I watch sometimes and enjoy and often don’t agree. It’s not good, I think, to listen to and read only what one agrees with. Where, then, would be the opportunities to compare, consider, and learn? Does that seem a bland, sweet-pepper statement in the present habanero war of words?.This, too, shall pass. I seem to remember that in the 1960s ABC aired programs that were not taken in as serious a way “culturally and intellectually” as NBC and CBS. Then those two elder stations got whipped in the ratings, and came down somewhat from on-high. It was a long time ago, and I might be mis-remembering..Now, the Internet news sites have appeared, and we have to winnow out the truth, again. Because it’s world-wide, consumer-oriented, and into deep psychological manipulation this will be a huge challenge, in my opinion.

Calm and rational? Didn’t Scalia , Roberts, Thomas, Alito, Breyer and their friends of the court rule that unconstitutional?
