I was visiting a friend recently. His daughter bragged about having 6,000 (!) shows in her Hulu Plus queue. Told me I should sign up for the service. Told her I wasn’t interested. She then asked me what I did when there wasn’t anything good on television. My answer; pour a glass of wine, put some Mozart on the stereo and read a book. She looked at me like I was insane.

Sure, she’s a “Flower Fox Girl” now, but when she grows up, she’ll enter law enforcement and spend the rest of her life chasing after malefactors with a high-powered weapon!

@ WaitingMan: You are insane. Everybody knows that Chopin or Debussy goes with wine. Mozart goes with schnapps or brandy.
