I knew a woman who blamed the failure of her coffee shop on regulation; rather than say an ad-hoc business plan that called for undercapitalizing with a home mortgage loan, leasing the business’s location, and as far as I can figure, requiring ~$300 in sales every operating day just to break even.

Ok. You’re all making very interesting points, but what I want to know is: Why is Heart’s painted hair a different color [i.e. no color] in panel three?
