This is oddly reminiscent of the bad dream I had last night.
Schools in Maryland opened on August 27, but are closed today for Labor Day. What kind of crazy is that? Actually, the State is considering going back to opening on the day after Labor Day, which had been the customary date for over 100 years.
… if you don’t know, then how can you know…. and here the kids will not be going to school any time soon. The teachers’ strike continues.
