Look at the script again.Percy and his Lion head was never invited to Lorainne and William’s house again, “I’m not wasting a box of Betty Crocker on him” she was overheard telling the girls at Susan’s Salon. “Its too bad, Evelyn is such a nice girl, but that husband of hers”.“I know for a fact her father wanted her to marry that nice Harold, but nooo, she was too pig-headed, and now look what she has to put up with. Huummph”

Is anyone else hearing the theme song of The Lion King here?

It’s a good thing they all have cake.

Something to remember if you’re a hoofed grazing animal, and you ever have reason or desire to walk out into the jungle:Always bring cake.

Cos when a lion gets that hungry look in his eye, you can toss him some cake, and perhaps you can leave quietly, before it’s… er…lunchtime….

Yeah, X .. you’re very right about that.I probably should have mentioned it….In fact, I’m surprised I didn’t think of it….cos coincidentally, at my bakery, I’m running a “buy-2-get-one-free” special on my 12.37 oz (350.68gm) jungle travel cakes … (triple wrapped to stay fresh up to 19 days and 3 hours.)

The Monkey takes a couple of the chocolate chip banana ones with him to nibble on the long goat-ride into the mountains of Turdmunkestan…But for distracting lions, I recommend the wildebeeste and honey cakes.

PS…. also recommended if the lion is drinking tea.

Speaking of brews, I have been sampling some more, while still preferring Sessions Black and Guinness black ale.

This week I picked up a Sam Adams summer sampler (6) varieties; rather like the Boston lager and Blueberry Hill and any wheat ale is nice with a meal (not so much for sipping).

Oh, Bev…I don’t know what to say! I don’t think the last question has been resolved yet, so you may still need to be a hooved grazing animal!

Hmm. Spellcheck made my yakkittyyak into three animals. I suppose a cat might speak to a yak, but I’m a Desert Lynx. Do yaks like to lynx up up Lynx?But I digress, I just wanted to gossip, SUSAN.
