What convinces me that this is a significant issue is there are some liberal news agencies that are actually starting to speak up. When they are starting to squawk, you know he’s overstepped his authority.
The problem isn’t just Obama. No one respects the law anymore because we as a society have rendered law meaningless. Regardless of the text, we need to wait for some judge to interpret it for us. And of course, his opinion can be overturned on appeal, and so forth, until finally we get 5 members of SCOTUS to concur. Pelosi was wrong. It wasn’t enough to pass the ACA to find out what’s in it. We have to wait until all aspects of it work their way through the court system to learn what it actually means. Consider how many years it was before we learned it was actually a tax.
