PHANTOM: @ woodworker – good question!MARK TRAIL: We know that Chris (“Dirty”) has a gambling problem & debt and that he has some kind of deal cooking that involves a shipment (7/9). And we know that the conservationist, Jacob Hickman, was working with rhinos and has mysteriously disappeared. I am guessing “Dirty’s” deal involves poaching – maybe rhino horns. And I still think we will found out what happened to Jacob before this story ends. MARY WORTH: I hope Mary will exercise some good sense and call Dr. Jeff…hopefully before next Monday.CRANKSHAFT: Apparently Cranky is guilty of the same crime (but C. got away with it). As someone commented at CK, “Oh, what hilarity.”

Time travel will do that to you.Rex Morgan – As I recall, June turned seventy-something patients over to Rex, but in her interview with the Dean, they talked about how she could “do it all” – patients, teaching, family and pregnancy. Maybe the 70-some ws just a portion of her patients. Health care is all about the numbers, thought you wouldn’t know it by this strip. I thought the Morgans were more about quality and individual care.
