Yesterday we avoided the heavy downpours, only about 1/2 inch. Just a light rain at times, just what we needed. Other parts of the state got the heavy rains.
Now back to the good weather for the rest of the week.
Howdy Vagabonds..It’s a little brighter this morning, rain off and on though the weekend..The Orleans County Fair got off to a soggy start yesterday. I’m bummed out\, can’t afford to go. Maybe next year..Y’all have a really good day..ttfn
I’ve been spending my time setting up our new computer. It’s our daughter’s old lap top, and her husband cleaned it out, and installed Window’s 7 on it. Now it’s fun and games learning all about these new fangled inventions! (we had Windows XP) and transferring all the data, and learning about all the new stuff.
This whole computer is much faster, and the keys don’t stick. This should be a match for a while.
Finally got some rain with the thunderstorms last night. Hurray!

Rita, I like Windows 7. I have it on the laptop that I use for work and our finances. The one I use for comics and World of Warcraft has Windows 8, and I hate it!
Mark, give us a good trivia quiz about Robin this week. And maybe follow up with Lauren Bacall next week. It is too bad that news of her passing has been overshadowed by his.
Sunny and hot here in LV. Not as hot as average, but still over 100. And the overnight lows are in the 70’s now instead of the 80’s. It’s refreshing to be able to leave the windows open at night.
