Ahhh: Dork Lord and Balloonicorns. I miss the 8th grade mentality days… (Every once in a while, just for a while.)

Part of the poem about all the rings mentions that nine of them went to “mortal men doomed to die.” They became the nine Nazgul, and they serve Sauron,

Their job is to find the one ring (which is the same one Frodo wants to destroy) that will allow Sauron to control all the other magic rings and their wearers.

Somehow they’re not as scary when they’re inflatable.

Wouldn’t have though the Nazgûl and their horses would so casually enter the pool, unless they thought the ring was on the other side.

“Ain’t nuthin’ but a houn’ dog! Huh? Oh, elvish!”

Oh brother.

I don’t think Gandalf or Elrond had the Roger Fox Effect in mind at the River Bruinen.

All I can say is, “elvish has left the building”..What?

I think they mean that when he jumps in, the tidal wave will send those fleeing through the air and into the town, scaring everyone.
