When I was a kid, I would’ve prayed for glomal warming! Being a girl, they made us wear dresses and dang, that North wind was cold!
When I was a Kid it was “Ice is Coming!” All kinds of stuff on how we were “OVERDUE” for the next Ice Age!
My mother got me a bowl to eat it over so that I could drink the part that melted.
One of life’s teaching moments! Pop goes the sicle on the ground which will leave you with a frown. :-(
An environmental agency scam….
and…..when I was a kid, the dog was delighted when ice cream or a popsicle melted, because he would quickly lap it up. But wait……do dogs have pets?
ALL Pluggers KNOW that man-made global warming is a giant hoax! It’s these young whipper-snappers that are swallowing the lie – hook, line and sinker.
As it was when I was a kid, most of the “hot air” infecting our country comes from Washington DC!
You are right in this publication from the1970’s, but in the 50’s & 60’s when I was in school, it really was the “overdue ice age” that was the big deal.
