in P3 why is the third player from left wearing his karate robe, smock, or whatever it is called? Is Milford attempting to cut more costs by combining sports? Announcement over school intercom last period: “Our football-golf team will be having a 3-way this afternoon.” Later Moon Man on the radio: “Yates clears a path with his driver for Alberts, and Alberts rambles for 25 yards. According to the yard marker, it is only 40 yards to the green.”

@guidi82You are assuming anyone connected with Milford, including the writer, knows anything about baseball, the written and unwritten rules.

In all reality, Jack Brichouse would announce Sayers off the left side give him again of four or five make it second and eight. No matter what Jack would say Irv would chime right in, Dats right Jack.
