Whatever did Eddie intend to do, stand on the ceiling? Certainly not WALK on the ceiling; his feet wouldn’t be able to move. Now if homes, like public buildings, had DROP ceilings, Eddie would find out in a hurry that such a ceiling is very unstable and would choose on his own NOT to finish securing his shoes up there, by ANY method.
