The reason I know my oldest daughter, age 24, should never give birth is when she was babysitting an 8-week old she actually thought of putting the baby in a cage with a bottle held like a hamster’s water bottle! Thankfully she does NOT want kids.
It has a straw, so why does Opal tilt the whole bottle up? Maybe I’m missing something.

She couldn’t get any water if that was a straw. It has to be a lift up spout.
My water bottle has a lift up spout like that – and it’s attached to an internal straw so you don’t have to look like a hamster!
