Wow some of you takes these comics seriously. I was just going to say, The hunter’s going to need a new pair of waders.

I’ve been a vegetarian for 30 years, but I also have a son-in-law and brother-in-law who hunt, and they are not horrible people. It doesn’t help the anti-hunting cause to promote violence (even comic) to humans. I know, I know, it’s only a comic, but one I really like usually so I’m just disappointed.

Have you ever seen this strip before? Innocent bystanders are threatened with violent assault all the time. Lighten up.

I would yell, “Duck!” but that probably wouldn’t work in this situation…

Despite the headband, waders, and rifle, I didn’t read this strip and think, “Duck Dynasty,” I read it and thought, “King Robert.”

Geepers, folks! It’s just a comic strip and a TV show. If you are offended by it, change channels or turn it off!

Calm down and take a deep breath kids….It would be just as funny if it was a mechanical deer going after a deer hunter. Hunting, done correctly, is a sport and time honored tradition. It is also necessary in some parts of the world to keep populations under control. None of that means its not funny when the prey gets the upper hand.
