We lost our allies under GW Bush. The popularity of the US rose just by electing someone else, and has stayed pretty high. It’s a shame that Obama has to rely on a house that is completely incapable of doing it’s part in governing. He couldn’t even get the GOP to agree to do anything in Syria, because, you know, Obama.
I don’t pay any attention to CNN, Newsweek, or Barbra Walters. I don’t consider them real news. I have to plead ignorance to their statements. I was in error to make a blanket statement. I should rephrase to say I have yet to see a liberal call Obama their messiah. As I said, most liberals I know don’t really even consider him all that liberal. I personally think most people voted for him as a lessor of two evils. I avoided both evils and voted for a 3rd party candidate.Not to change the subject, but I challenge the Newsweek cover declaring Obama the “first gay President.” 1) He’s a heterosexual with a wife and kids.2)He “evolved” when he saw which way the political wind was blowing.
