    Diamonds are Forever is like watching your favourite pervy bachelor uncle? That’s the one he picks? What about the last three Roger Moore Bonds. Those were everyone’s creepy pervy bachelor uncle.

    In “For Your Eyes Only”, they had to construct a scenario when Bond RESISTED being the pervy uncle, just to prove he WASN’T the pervy uncle. Even though he was.

    John Steed, in “The Avengers” (played by Patrick Macnee – and NOT the Marvel Comics Avangers!) was usually very polite.
