Politicians expect people to think this way. Free health care. Forty acres and a mule. Don’t worry, only that guy in the top hat on Monopoly will get taxed.

What’s even worse is that neither the group that makes the law, nor the IRS “experts” can understand it. So, who exactly does understand it? And do they understand it before it changes for the next year?

they are continually changing the tax laws and forms to make them easier, and yet they are so difficult that you cannot possibly understand them
