I read Over The Hedge immediately prior to reading this strip. The existence of the same punch line for completely different setups was a little weird.

Dinner is ready in 15 & I don’t want to have to hose you down AGAIN!!!!!” may have made the neighbours consider NOT having children, but make them move? Nah……….
