And I thought this was fast moving. If my mom told me that she’s moving to South Africa and it happened the next week, that would be quick!

Preparing is the main part of almost everything. Anyway, this is my favorite comic. Love it.

I agree! I never understand when people complain about the strip, and yet continue to read it. The creator has been writing Stone Soup this way for years!

Yes! Me, “Old retired Lady” made the flight reservations yesterday to cut and run for Florida. Visiting friends while looking for a place to rent for the month of January 2015.

I love “Knees, let’s go.” I know the feeling! Just as I’m on the verge of retirement and will have time to go places and do things, all my joints have started to make trouble. Shoulders and hips now. Knees kicked in a long time ago. Well, they’re just going to have to cope!

Personal observation: That’s how life usually works. Days, weeks, months of prep – five minutes and finished (unless we’re talking about labor but you don’t usually remember the wost of that.)

I hope Evie’s trip will be all that She hopes it will be! There has been a lot of preparation scenes, but sooner or later the story will be on a roll. I just hope we get to see a little bit more of Evie’s and Arnold’s visit together… ;)
