Right. I’m guessing that despite the insanely stupid and irresponsible idea depicted in this cartoon, Bob Gorrell has his kids insured. Why do conservatives want people to rely on government bailouts instead of insuring themselves?
The enrollments are not far behind projections and may hit the goal by March, which was when they were expected to be at 40 percent. They’re at 30 now. Perhaps if the GOP governors hadn’t worked to make it so hard to get information and to sign up in their states, we’d be over the mark. But it’s more important to “win” than to “serve.”
