I don’t know, but it strikes me as timeless rather than timely.. To reduce cost and fatalities, we REALLY need to replace human doctors with expert computer systems.They would make treatment of the highest quality available around the world.
Until then, we risk Herman-type doctors who may not be up on the latest findings, may not be paying attention, may miss symptoms of uncommon problems, may not properly communicate treatment, may be drunk or suffering early onset of mental problems, have shaky unsterile hands or be too slow..Hackers could be a problem, but they will always be a danger while they live.
