Reminds me of Tomoya Okazaki of anime “Clannad” saying he’s a hologram to half-asleep Youhei Sunohara and that the world has been destroyed 100 years into the future. Then Tomoya hits Youhei followed by saying he’s really a cyborg. After Youhei comes to his senses, Tomoya says he was lying the whole time.
