Never actually did any of those gifts, but i have done the billing for them all. Was a lot cheaper though back in 1970 than it would be now at current prices.

Guess why??Having seen the dropping on the sidewalks on the outskirts of Chicago in the winter once while on travel, I can take a guess. Had to explain to a co-worker what that solid lumpy stuff was all over the walkway.

Is he going to give gifts from Christmas (Dec 25) to Orthodox Christmas (Jan 7)?

Seven swans a’ swimming, I do believe. But I am sure it’s cold. The swans may be skating, not swimming…

Nope, Roy is not rich but he is very creative at finding ways of making these gifts happen.

There was a comedy recording that priced and totaled all this stuff up. They had problems with the Lords a Leaping. Finally ended up using the Actors Equity wage scale for extras.

Remind me to avoid their house on the 12th day. I love drums, but not THAT many!

I believe Orthodox Christmas is the 6th….because we are using it in a gag that day.

The twelve days of Christmas run from Christmas day to Epiphany, Jan 6, when the Wise men arrived in Bethlehem.

So this is why Arlo’s geese were on back order. Roy got to them first!

A friend of mine (God rest his soul) once received a spent bullet casing strung from a naked twig and described it as a policeman’s Christmas tree — a “cartridge in a bare tree.”
