I only hear howling when I sing…

and I don’t even have a dog

As I recall from Grade 7 music class, clarinet is the WORST sounding instrument when you’re first learning to play. It takes a LONG time before those things start sounding good! (Or even musical!!)

My two Jack Russel wannabes howl at thunder; loud noises in the neighborhood, like a car door closing; and sirens. When they let loose, I howl with them.

Looking at that instrument and how the guy is holding it I’m not surprised the dog is howling.
