    In last panel, Trout is cent-percent wrong — birds (such as ducks) CAN get rabies.

    Attitudes like my beloved Trout’s would vastly reduce the number of vampire, werewolf, zombie and FLY movies. I explained to my wife that monster movies don’t scare me because monsters (other than lepus with lupus) don’t exist, whereas serial killers DO.

    Fanged two headed ducks do get rabies. That’s how they got fangs…bit a human.
