You know, if the health care system that Obamacare is poised to replace was truly a good one, I could understand the vitriol. I understand there are many problems within Obamacare, but anyone who believes the previous system was somehow not worth changing has never been truly sick. Good for you, but it’s hard to know how well (or poorly)a system works if you never used the system.
I love the little string of bird… um, droppings… that are coming out as it runs!.You know what they say… You can’t make chicken soup with chicken $H!+!
“There will always be people who choose to not pay for healthcare. Forcing it on them won’t work.”
You hit the nail on the head there. Congress and the politicians whose health coverage is fully paid by the taxpayers just won’t let it go. It’s clear they have no intention whatever to make any change that would force them to pay their way.
I’m retired, on a very limited fixed income. I pay for my health care. When are they going to step up?
Agreed. Back to my continued argument for Single Payer. Have a national sales tax to pay for it. This way, everyone contributes, whether they want to or not.
