Dazz, how did they even get there? We didn’t see the driver get in the car, make an infraction or get pulled over either. I SUPPOSE you could posit that such things occurred in a time period predating the strip, if you’re willing to just make wild assumptions about Tony C’s intent with the strip. The only thing we can safely assume is that the police office approached the car (or possibly lied about having approached the car – who can say?), but we can’t really know anything else. Maybe Tony is making a statement about existentialism. Such a thought provoking comic!
