Nah, the cop would have least fired six shots by this time.

This police force must’ve covered 95% physical training, 5% mental exercise….

Wonder if they have a “Witless Protection Program”?….

To be fair officer, I thought you where armed for that, imagine my disappointment when I found the contrary.

6? More like 20 and still lucky to hit his target.

Is it true that police officers are only 50% as witty as regular wits?

Use a pun, go to prison (that goes for accordions, too).

As the driver is not shown with ANY speech, how was such WIT discovered?

He’s probably a cop in New Mexico. Look up recent arrests there if you’re puzzled by this reference.

Dazz, how did they even get there? We didn’t see the driver get in the car, make an infraction or get pulled over either. I SUPPOSE you could posit that such things occurred in a time period predating the strip, if you’re willing to just make wild assumptions about Tony C’s intent with the strip. The only thing we can safely assume is that the police office approached the car (or possibly lied about having approached the car – who can say?), but we can’t really know anything else. Maybe Tony is making a statement about existentialism. Such a thought provoking comic!
