The idea of making it so nothing happens when the button is pushed is a good one. Sending a woman to Iran to effect change is a non-starter, as their society is even more paternalistic than ours.
A simpler answer would be to convince them to use the same bad-sci-fi-movie faux-computer system that North Korea uses. Maybe we can entice them with an “Axis-o-Evil” discount.
