Well, some people can’t. Those whose insurance is provided by their employer is at the mercy of their employer’s decisions. Those who purchase their own insurance, who’ve purchased policies that don’t already follow the new minimum requirements, won’t be able to keep their policies. Those of us whose employers who provide a quality plan and are content with said plans, will be able to keep them. Same for those who purchase their own health insurance and already had a plan that meets the new minimum requirements. They too can keep their plans.

It was in the bill, an increase of 40-67% in rates among other things. That’s why they lied and said they didn’t read it. Dems can never be held accountable. They have SOOOOOOO many excuses and WE BUY IT.

Yes it is, Obama care is about controlling our lives not our health.

At the mercy of their employers or the decisions the employer has to make due to Obama Care. If a man is given a set of choices for people he is responsible for then he can only make the best decision from those choices.

We have to pass it to find out whats in it."
Once it is passed you have to read the 20000 pages that explains what is in it. Two months after it was passed the deemed worthy clause was put into play. It was known that in order to make it work you would have to make a pool, so that is how they went about it. And for how many years did Obama tell us otherwise? How did he see it working?

I do not agree with Biden on almost everything, but I have to hand it to him. IF he did say something along those lines I would rather have him as President over Obama. Biden Speaks what is on his mind and has not much of a political filter. At least I know the guy is truthful to a point. Obama? Well, not my line. We need to get a truth detector for his teleprompter.

And part of the Republican plan is to detach the employer from some of that. That is just 1 reason why Unions do not like Republicans!

    • Recognizes that one of the largest obstacles for many small businesses when it comes to
retaining current employees or creating new jobs is the cost of health insurance. The
plan allows states, small businesses, associations, and other organizations to band
together and offer health insurance at lower costs.
    ]
Creates incentives to save now for future and long-term health care needs by
improving health savings accounts and flexible spending arrangements as well as
creating new tax benefits to offset the cost of long-term care premiums.
Making Health Care More Available & Accessible for All Americans:
The Republican plan reduces the number of uninsured Americans by wisely targeting this
population and helping Americans keep health care coverage regardless of a change in or
    loss of a job.

i’m sorry but your logic does not cover the one important part of the whole mess, people. people will not pay double for something they didn’t want in the first place . this is shown by huge numbers of people who instead of signing up for obama care are signing up for Medicaid instead. a system that is already on it’s way to bankruptcy and doctors will no longer accept. your socialist utopia that looks so wonderful on paper and sounds so blissful in the faculty lounge in the institutes of no learning, never take into account people. people just don’t do the artificial things liberals believe they will do. most people will always look out for their own best interest, and not leave it to the government

Your hero advised citizens to violate all sorts of laws in the use of firearms. The guy is a political hack.

The Washington Post, generally Obamapologists like yourself, gave Obama’s statements 4 Pinocchios, their worst score.. Not 1. Not 2. Not 3. Four. Is that the “ilk” you’re referring to?

PS: For them to give Obama 4 Pinocchios means it was worth 40 Pinocchios.

“Hero” ?? He is as much of an idiot as Obama. But Unlike Obama he will not smile at you, read a prepared statement full of lies! He has no filter. I will take an idiot who will tell what he thinks the truth over an idiot who will not any day. “political hack” only applies to those who will say anything to get what they want, like Obama! Biden does not have the brain power to do that.

Let’s not forget the insurance companies that lied to people saying they were cancelling their insurance but had a similar plan available if they would just sign up now.

Their new plan was much more expensive than the exchanges (these are in states that agreed to expand Medicare) and was an outright fraud.

It seems that getting 30M more insureds just wasn’t enough for these rats.

I’m surprised no one has noted the similarity between Bush I saying “Read my lips…” and Obama’s promises RE: the ACA.
