Amazing there is no sense of proportion left. A computer glitch is what I’ve always called “standard programmer idiocy to make the computer, not the user, happy.” Contracting the program didn’t help, but has been standard government SOP since Reagan.(or even before in some realms)
But the toon can’t help but make me put Rumsfeld in the driver’s seat, regarding both Iraqis, and our own troops. Now THAT was a screwup!!
