Good morning, Vagabonds. yesterday I took my canister of oatmeal to the Museum of natural History in New York to find out about the ant colony living in the canister. To my surprise the entomologist told me they weren’t tiny ants but tiny beetles. As an amateur entomologist I was so embarrassed that I mistook beetles for ants. The entomologist took the canister to study them.
Four more days to go before I go to Miami. It’s cold in New York but not as cold as it will be in January and February. When I went to the museum I wore just a tee shirt, a regular shirt and light jacket that was opened..
61 here at 6:45 AM, so it will probably be in the mid-70’s again today. The forecast is for possible rain, but I am looking at blue skies out every window.
Tomorrow evening we leave for Ft. Lauderdale. Woo-hoo! (fist pump!) I am so psyched for this.
MINUS 1.1 this morning!!!! It got up to 13 during the day yesterday! BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!Glad we can stay home again today. (MMM still wears shorts!)
To keep the house warm, I am going to make a big pot of spaghetti sauce with sausage and meatballs. Dinner will be around 6:30………y’all come, ya hear?
Everyone is traveling………we leave Tuesday a.m. for San Diego for Thanksgiving with the gang!

Our clubhouse is having a Chili n fix in’s party tonite 6-8beer,wine and NA’s also included. It’s a Thank You to the residents in the community here.

BTW- I have only 5mos & 26 days & counting till I go back up North :-) :-)
