A friend of mine who used to work for a book publisher tells me they found a really awful typo on a book due to go out the next day, so a large team worked all night manually correcting thousands of copies.
How many times is the author’s name inside? At least once. I am guessing no dust jackets. Just wait until 2nd printing or use this as your new pen name.

Since their name is “Hatley” (see yesterday’s strip) they only need to cross the first L . Crossing both Ls would make their name “Hattey”.
